Former Hunterdon County Parks and Recreation employee, historian Doug Kiovsky has graciously volunteered to lead a walking tour around Bordentown to visit various historical sites, such as the first railroad in NJ, the waterfront, the Thomas Paine statue and home, the Hilltop section where several industrialists lived, and the Point Breeze property where Joseph Bonaparte (Napoleon's oldest brother) once lived. And if time allows the Clara Barton schoolhouse. Participants will then lunch at the restaurant of their choice; lunch is not included in the cost of this trip. After lunch we will tour the White Hill Mansion… said to be haunted.
